沉浸式体感仿真实验室是由同济大学设计创意学院、上海航天信息研究所与拓普虚拟现实技术研究院（江苏）有限公司共同建设的联合实验室。建设三方各自设立实验室分部，共同探索虚拟现实等数字媒体技术与程控运动座椅的结合，及其在娱乐、航天、军事、工业、教育等领域的运用与创新。
The Immersive Simulation Lab was established with the joint efforts from the College of Design and Innovation, Tongji University, the Shanghai Aerospace Information Research Institute© and the Topow (Jiangsu) Research Institute of Virtual Reality Techology Co., Ltd©. Each party has her own branch and coopoerate to explore the integration of digital media technologies (e.g. VR) and programmable motion seats so as to apply these technologies to the fields including entertainment, aerospace, military, industry and education in creative manners.
2019年12月4日，在回声会议室举办了简单、隆重的实验室揭牌仪式。同济大学设计创意学院院长娄永琪、上海航天信息技术研究院院长朱光华与拓普虚拟现实技术研究院CEO颜小龙作为三方领导听取了工作报告并为实验室揭牌。
On 4 December 2019, a simple yet grand opening ceremony was held in the “Echo” conference room. Prof. Yongqi Lou, dean of D&I Tongji Univ., Guanghua Zhu, head of the Shanghai Aerospace Information Research Institute© and Xiaolong Yan, CEO of the Topow (Jiangsu) Research Institute of Virtual Reality Techology Co., Ltd.© listened to the work report and unveiled the nameplate.
最后，参与揭牌仪式的领导嘉宾到虚拟仿真实验室实地了解了工作现状，并就如何进一步开展好后续工作进行了研讨。
Finally, the guests payed a visit to the immersive simulation lab and discussed together how to promote future work.
